The 26TH Annual Review Meeting of the Certificate Holders of B.F. Modaraba will be held on Monday October 27, 2025 at4:00 p.m. at the registered office of Modaraba at Plot No. 43-1-E, (B) P.E.C.H.S, Block-6, Off Razi Road, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, to review the performance of the Modaraba for the year ended June 30, 2025. The Certificate Transfer Books of the Modaraba will remain closed from October 21, 2025 to October 27, 2025 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the Share Registrar Office, M/s. C & K Management Associated (Pvt.) Ltd, M-13, Progressive Plaza, Plot No. S - CL - 10, Civil Lines Quarter, Beaumont Road, Karachi-75530, before the close of business hours on October 20, 2025, will be treated in time.
