Summary of the notification First Pacific Advisors, LP reported in its notification dated 22 December 2025, that on 16 December 2025, following a disposal of voting securities, First Pacific Advisors, LP decreased its participation and downward crossed the threshold of 10.00% in Azelis Group NV. On 16 December 2025, First Pacific Advisors, LP owned 24,391,635 shares with voting rights, representing 9.99 % of the total number of shares issued by the company (243,921,719), versus 24,403,067 shares representing 10.00% in its previous notification dated 14 November 2025. 2.
