Ayvens : executive governance and management team changes

Philippe de Rovira, Chief Executive Officer of Ayvens, announces changes within the Group's executive governance and the composition of the management team. Approved by Ayvens' Board of Directors during its meeting on 5 February 2026, Patrick Sommelet will become Deputy Chief Executive Officer (" Directeur général délégué "), effective at the obtention of customary regulatory approvals. Patrick will continue to be Ayvens' Group Chief Financial Officer. The management team will focus on the execution of the PowerUP 2026 plan, focusing on finalizing the integration, improving efficiency and profitability while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ayvens' next strategic and financial roadmap will be presented on 21 September 2026 at a Capital Markets Day.
