Other Relevant Information

We submit herewith the amended Consolidated Financial Statements with the Auditor's Report of Ayala Land, Inc. and its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, 2021. The main changes from our previous submission last March 1, 2022 are as follows:

1. Changes in the Independent Auditor's Report in compliance with Auditing and Assurance Standards Council (AASC) guidelines. The Independent Auditor's opinion remains unqualified.

2. Inclusion of the Supplementary Schedules in compliance to SRC Rule 68.
