Reference is made to the announcement published on 7 May 2026 , regarding Axactor ASA's (" Axactor ") new EUR 100 million 4.25-year senior unsecured bond issue (ISIN NO0013750778). In conjunction with the new bond issue, Axactor has bought back a total of NOK 344.1 million in its outstanding bond due September 2027 (ACR04, ISIN NO0013005264), to a price of 105.5% of par. Following the transaction, the total net outstanding amount will be NOK 1,955.9 million . Arctic Securities , DNB Carnegie and Nordea acted as Joint Lead Managers in connection with the transaction.
