Upon the publication of this announcement via a Regulatory Information Service, this inside information is now considered in the public domain.        Strip Tinning Holdings plc ("Strip Tinning" or the Company") Award of APC26 Grant Strip Tinning Holdings plc (AIM: STG), a leading supplier of specialist connection systems to the automotive sector, is pleased to report that it in conjunction with the grant consortium companies has been successful in the governments DRIVE35 funding programme, facilitated by the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK (APC) APC26; "Industrialising net zero automotive technology". Strip Tinning's role in the Inter Connected Cell Assembly project is to develop the individual cell sensing and communication to the Battery Management System, in order to aid battery passport requirements. Strip Tinning are very proud to be part of a consortium of such high calibre organisations as Jaguar Land Rover, Warwick Manufacturing Group, Lubricants UK and Novelis. The grant award to Strip Tinning is for £857,000. The project starts in Q3 2025 and is a 2.5 year project. For the grant funding to be committed, the project start up requirements need to have been met (finance checks, forecasts, exploitation plan etc.), the collaboration agreement signed, and the grant offer letter received.
