The interim dividend will be paid on 15 October 2026 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 04 September 2026. Holders of the Company's American Depository Receipts (ADRs) will be paid the dividend approximately four business days after the payment to Ordinary shareholders. The last election date for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 24 September 2026. The dividend is conditional upon the Directors not having determined (at their discretion) to cancel the dividend at any point prior to its payment.
