today that Lorraine Campbell, chief financial officer, has resigned to pursue
other work commitments. Ms. Campbell will continue to contract her accounting
and advisory services to Avery to ensure a smooth transition period.
Avery would like to express appreciation for Ms. Campbell's contribution
in bringing the company to its current position of strength. The company has
completed the review of potential candidates and anticipates announcing the
new CFO shortly.
