the company will issue 5,000,000 new shares as the new restricted
stock awards, while the Financial Supervisory Commission has approved
this proposal on 2021/10/05.
(2)Based on the Company's "The rules of AVerMedia 2021 restricted stock
awards plan", and the Chairman is authorized to decide the
actual issuance date (or the record date of the capital increase);
The Company's Chairman decided that 2022/04/20 to be the record date
of the capital increase.
