(hereinafter "The Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of L. 3556/2007, after being notified on 28/08/2024, that on 06/08/2024 independent and non-executive Board Member of the Company Mr. Nikolaos Goulis, (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 50,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at total value of Euros 550,000.00.
