In the context of providing correct and accurate information to the investing public and in accordance with art. 4.1.1. (2) of the Euronext Athens Exchange Regulation, art. 2 of Decision 25 of the Euronext Athens Steering Committee, and Sec 5 Rules Prime Market Vienna Stock Exchange, AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG (the "Company") updates/amends the Financial Calendar for the year 2026 by removing all references to the ex-date, record and payment date of dividend 2025 - since the management board per its proposal, uploaded on the Company's website https://austriacard.com/agm, doesn't propose to the Annual General Meeting 2026 the distribution of dividend in deviation from its original proposal published in the Annual Financial Report 2025 - and keeping all other parts unchanged as follows:
