Kindly refer to our earlier announcement dated April 02, 2026. Please be informed that the Board of Directors meeting of Attock Petroleum Limited, previously scheduled at 12:30 p.m. on April 10, 2026 has been rescheduled for 12:30 p.m. onApril 29,2026.
The Company has declared the revised "Closed Period" from April 03, 2026 to April 29, 2026, inclusive of both days, as required under clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
