AMENDMENT TO MATERIAL INFORMATION - APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
This refers to our earlier material information submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited through PUCARS on April 28, 2026, regarding, inter alia, the appointment of Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
In this regard, we would like to clarify that Mr. Omer Ashraf has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from May 2, 2026, and not as Acting Chief Executive Officer, as inadvertently stated in the earlier intimation.
All other contents of the said announcement shall remain unchanged.
