Pursuant to the Laws and Regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission, ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD wishes to inform shareholders and investors in general that, based on the data available to date, the consolidated results of Atlantic Insurance Group for 2022 are expected to be decreased compared to the previous year mainly as a result of the decreased profits in the Company's investment portfolio.
