ANNOUNCEMENT ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY LTD announces that the Company's Board of Directors decided on 25 October 2021 to appoint Mr. George Koutsos as new non-executive member of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Koutsos has many years of international experience in the private and wider public sectors, having undertaken senior management positions in the financial sector specializing in banking (retail, digital, corporate and investment), risk management, private investments as well as strategy consulting. He has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, Partner in Deloitte, director of investment banking at the National Bank of Greece, consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and founding executive of a banking start-up supported by private equity. He is a graduate Chemical Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens and holder of an MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Imperial College, London.
