Changes in the Management Board of Atlantic Grupa d.d.Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) hereby announces that Enzo Smrekar is stepping down from his position as a member of the Management Board of Atlantic Grupa d.d. and President of the Management Board of Atlantic Droga Kolinska d.o.o., Ljubljana, Slovenia, and that his employment is terminated for personal reasons, effective June 30, 2025.
In order to ensure stability and continuity of business, his previous responsibilities have been redistributed as follows:
Member of the Management Board Mate Štetić assumes responsibility for the Strategic Business Unit Savoury Spreads, Business Unit Donat and the position of President of the Management Board of Atlantic Droga Kolinska d.o.o.
Darja Teržan assumes the position of procurator of Atlantic Droga Kolinska d.o.o.
Member of the Management Board Srećko Nakić assumes responsibility for the Global Distribution Account Management.
The above changes do not affect the direction of the Company, as we continue to move strongly and focused towards achieving our strategic goals.
