Atland strengthens its governance with the appointment of antoine onfray as deputy chief executive officer

This evolution in governance is fully aligned with the Group's strategy to accelerate growth in

France and internationally.

In his new role, Antoine Onfray will coordinate all of the ATLAND Group's operational and strategic activities, working in close collaboration with Georges Rocchietta, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He will oversee the implementation of the strategic roadmap, the strengthening of operational performance, and the Group's commercial and international development.

Alongside Antoine Onfray, Martin Jacquesson, Chairman of the Management Board of ATLAND Voisin and Executive Director of ATLAND IM, will continue to lead the Group's asset management and investment activities. At the same time, Romain Crépel, Executive Director of Neolieux, will remain in charge of real estate development activities. This organization will enable ATLAND to ensure effective governance and cohesive execution across all its business lines.
