During July 2024, the airport's passenger traffic amounted to 3.61 million, i.e. 9.3% above July 2023. Domestic and international passengers surpassed the 2023 levels by 5.9% and 10.8%, respectively.
Overall, during the first seven months of 2024, the airport's passenger traffic reached 17.62 million, above the 2023 levels by 14.6%. Analytically, domestic and international passengers surpassed the 2023 levels by 8.0% and 17.6%, respectively.

Athens International Airport's number of flights during the first seven months of 2024 amounted to 150,344, i.e. 12.4% above the 2023 levels. Both domestic and international flights were above the 2023 volumes by 5.5% and 17.8%, respectively.
