To consider and approve the convening of the 13th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) and to fix the day, date, and time;2. To consider and approve the Notice convening the 13th AGM of the Members of the Company;3. To consider and approve the appointment of Internal Auditors of the Company;4.
