Recommendation of the Management Board concerning dividend payment for 2016

The Management Board of Atende S.A. hereby reports that on April 24, 2017, it adopted a resolution to recommend to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company the payment of dividend, amounting to PLN 7,268,668.80, i.e. PLN 0.20 per one share. The Management Board of the Company recommends the date of June 28, 2017 as the date of the dividend and July 14, 2017 as the date of payment of dividend. The recommendation will be submitted to the Company's Supervisory Board for assessment. Final decision on the distribution of the 2016 profit will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
