Notice Regarding Non-Operating Loss of Consolidated SubsidiaryAteam Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereafter Ateam HD) hereby announces that our consolidated subsidiary, Paddle Inc. (hereafter Paddle) has recorded non-operating loss in the second quarter of the fiscal year ended July 31, 2026.
Details of Non-Operating Loss
Due to the decrease in crypto asset prices in the market from the end of October 2025 to the end of January 2026, Paddle recorded a loss of 387 million JPY on the valuation of its held crypto assets.
Effect on Financial Results
The above non-operating loss is reflected in the "Consolidated Financial Results for the Six Months Ended January 31, 2026 (Japan GAAP)" released today. The full-year consolidated earnings forecast announced on September 5, 2025 will not be revised at this time due to the difficulty in predicting how future changes in the market's crypto asset prices will impact our performance. If it becomes necessary to revise the earnings forecast in the future, we will promptly announce such revisions.
