Pursuant to the provisions of article 17 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 on market abuse and article 227 of the Law 6/2023, of 17 March, on the Securities Market and Investment Services, and concordant provisions, as well as BME GROWTH Circular 3/2020, we hereby inform you of the following information regarding the company ASTURIANA DE LAMINADOS, S.A. (hereinafter "ELZ" or "the Company" indistinctly).
Significant shareholdings at 30 June 2024:
The total outstanding shares of the Company are 128,551,665 with a nominal value of €0.20 each, the list of shareholders with a position, direct or indirect, equal to or greater than 5% of which are known to be as follows:
- Direct position: Laminados del Principado, S.A.: 60.37%.
- Indirect positions:
- Mr. Macario Fernández García: 20.22%.
- Ms. Eugenia Pérez-Puchal Suárez: 13.73%.
- Direct and indirect positions: Mr. Jorge Tapia García: 6.02%
ELZ is not aware of the existence of other shareholders with a direct or indirect position of 5% or more.
