Updates Following Nasdaq Listing of A Portfolio Company
Tokyo -- July 19, 2022 -- Asteria Corporation hereby reports the following information after the merger of Gorilla Technology Group Inc. ("Gorilla"), a portfolio company of Asteria Vision Fund I,L.P. (AVF-1), and Global SPAC Partners Co. was completed.
Asteria is still examining the impact of this move on its business performance, and will disclose promptly if any event that should be disclosed arises.
- Gorilla ordinary shares and warrants commenced trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market under ticker symbols "GRRR" and "GRRRW," respectively, on July 14, 2022.
- Gorilla's Board consists of six directors, including Pina Hirano, CEO of Asteria Corporation, who will continue to be an outside director after its listing.
- The number of shares held by Asteria after the merger is about 9.15 million, including about 2.07 million escrow shares*.
- : Stocks that are held in an escrow account until certain conditions, such as business performance, have been met.
