CHICAGO - August 6, 2026 - Associated Bank announced completion of a $16,324,211 loan to a fund managed by High Street Logistics Properties, LLC for construction of a Class A industrial warehouse at 3900 Finley Road, Downers Grove, Illinois.
The 123,927 square-foot warehouse will include 20 dock doors, two drive-in doors and 147 car parking spaces. Located between Butterfield and Ogden Avenues in Downers Grove, the 8.99-acre property was formerly vacant. Construction will start this month with completion anticipated in June 2027.
