Utrecht, 20 may 2026, 15:00 CEST a.s.r. shareholders approve all proposed resolutions at the AGM The shareholders of ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) today approved all proposed resolutions at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), including the adoption of the annual accounts and the distribution of a dividend of € 3.41 per share for the 2025 financial year . The AGM appointed Marco Keim as a member of the Supervisory Board and reappointed Sonja Barendregt as a member of the Supervisory Board. Following the AGM, the Supervisory Board appointed Ingrid de Swart as CEO. Full details of the resolutions approved at the AGM are available on the website. Shareholders present and represented at the meeting At the AGM, a total of 85.48% of the issued share capital carrying voting rights was present in person or represented by proxy or voting instruction.
