According to Asian Sea Corporation Public Company Limited's Board of Directors Meeting No.4/2022 held on August
8th,2022 the board of directors has resolved as follows:
1. Resolved to pay interim dividends for operating results from January 1 st, 2022 - June 30 th, 2022 at the rate of 0.250 baht per share. All dividends will pay out from Non-BOI operation result on September 07th, 2022. The board of directors approved to entitle rightful shareholders who can receive the dividend on August 22nd, 2022 (Record Date).
