5.Cause of occurrence: The Company has filed a patent infringement lawsuit
against Samsung Electronics Japan Co., Ltd. at the Tokyo District Court
on August 3rd, 2020, and now both parties have reached a settlement
agreement with confidentiality clause. The Company will withdraw its
relevant claims against Samsung Electronics Japan Co., Ltd. pursuant to
the settlement agreement. Other contents of settlement shall keep
confidential due to both parties' confidential information.
