We, Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited would like to inform you that the Board of Director's Meeting No. 3/2022 held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 has passed the material resolution as follows:-
- Has resolution to acknowledged the resignation of Ms. Pinmanee Makmontana from the Director effective August 8, 2022 onwards.
- Has resolution to approve the appointment Mr. Suchat Phisitvanich as the Director in replacement of Ms. Pinmanee Makmontana effective August 9, 2022 onwards.
The Board of Director consists of 8 Directors following members:-
