Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from Tuesday, July 01, 2025 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
