The company received an observation from the exchange for Audited financials submitted for financial year ended on 31st March 2025 which stated - Qualifications/Observations is mentioned in Auditor report. However, company has not submitted Statement of Impact of Audit qualification. It is respectfully submitted that the same has now been submitted properly.
