This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, has been approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2024 and noted the Limited Review Certificate dt. 13.02.2025 issued by M/s. K.Gopal Rao & Co, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board also reviewed various policies adopted by the Company and it was decided not to amend the policies adopted for the time being.Other than the above, there has been no decision at the Board Meeting.
