Withdrawal of Requisition to call and hold a general meeting of ActivEX Limited
By letter dated 5 July 2013, ASF Gold and Copper Pty Ltd (ASFGC), being a member of ActivEX Limited (Company) with at least 5% of the votes that may be cast at a general meeting of the Company, provided the Company with a notice requesting the Company's directors to call and arrange a general meeting under section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and to put certain resolutions to the members at that meeting (Notice).
In the light of circumstances which have arisen since the date of that letter, ASFGC
hereby withdraws the Notice.
We assume that the Company will announce the withdrawal of the Notice in accordance with its continuing disclosure obligations.
