Company announced that the Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises decided today to recommend to the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the payment of the final dividend from profits for 2025 in the amount of USD 0.35 per share. This means that, together with the interim dividend paid in November, the amount of dividend from profits for 2025 may amount to USD 0.55 per share. In total, the company may pay out USD 30.5 million to investors.
On November 27, 2025, the Company paid shareholders an interim dividend of USD 0.20 per share from 2025 net profit.

ASBIS's position remains very stable. Therefore, we have decided to recommend the highest dividend in our history.
