The agreement covers distribution of Magnat products in 39 countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa:
- Europe: Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Hungary, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Greece;
- Central Asia: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan;
- Middle East: Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia;
- Africa: Nigeria, Tanzania, Tunisia, Kenya, Ghana and the Republic of South Africa.

Founded in Germany in 1973, Magnat has more than 50 years of experience in audio engineering. The brand develops its products in-house in Pulheim, near Cologne, where its engineering team works on acoustic research, product development and testing. Magnat's current portfolio includes Hi-Fi and home cinema loudspeakers, active speakers and subwoofers, custom installation solutions, amplifiers, network receivers and turntables.
