Asahi : Notice Regarding Postponement of Disclosure of Financial Results for the First Quarter of the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2026

Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that it has decided to postpone the disclosure of its financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. The disclosure is expected to exceed the 45-day period following the end of the quarter. The Company sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this postponement may cause to its shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders.

On September 29, 2025, the Company experienced a system disruption due to a cyberattack. As part of containment measure against the cyberattack, the Company shut down its systems, including　accounting-related systems, which prevent it from carrying out financial closing procedures. While the systems have been gradually restored and financial closing procedures have resumed, delays have occurred in the preparation of financial statements and the review procedures by the accounting auditor. Therefore, the Company has decided to postpone the announcement of its financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.

The Company will announce the new date for the financial results disclosure promptly after it is determined.

The Company is reviewing the impact of the system disruption on its financial performance. Should any matters arise that require disclosure, they will be announced promptly.
