On 30 June 2026, AS VIRŠI-A entered into a loan agreement with AS SEB banka for the amount of EUR 7 million, with a repayment term until June 2031.
In addition to this transaction, the Company refinanced three existing loans from AS SEB banka in the total amount of EUR 6 million, with repayment terms in October 2026 and March 2027, consolidating them into a single loan from AS SEB banka with a repayment term until June 2031.
"The EUR 7 million financing obtained will be used for the Company's capital investments, including the expansion of its service station network and the renovation of existing stations. The refinancing transaction, in turn, will ensure the optimisation of the Company's financing structure," says Vita Čirjevska, Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of AS VIRŠI-A.
