Joint stock company "Amber Latvijas balzams" Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 31 July 2026 RESOLUTIONS

1. Election of the auditor and determination of remuneration of the auditor

To elect the audit company BDO ASSURANCE, SIA (Reg.No. 42403042353, legal address: Mihaila Tāla iela 1, Rīga, LV-1045) as the auditor of the joint stock company "Amber Latvijas balzams" for the audit of the annual accounts for 2025.

Set the remuneration of the auditor for carrying out the audit of the annual accounts for 2025 in an amount not exceeding EUR 53 000, excluding VAT.

To instruct the Management Board of joint stock company "Amber Latvijas balzams" to enter into an agreement with the elected auditor on the audit of the annual accounts of the joint stock company "Amber Latvijas balzams" for 2025.

1. Election of the Supervisory Council and determination of remuneration for the Supervisory Council

Consideration of the item of the agenda was postponed, given that the minimum number of the Supervisory Council member candidates prescribed by regulatory enactments were not nominated.
