Besqab AB (publ) ("Besqab") has sold the final unit in its new-build residential project Lilla Häll in Hägersten. Construction began in the fourth quarter of 2024, and the project will be reported as completed during the first quarter of this year, fully in line with schedule.

Lilla Häll consists of two low-rise apartment buildings with a total of 48 homes, situated by the shores of Lake Mälaren in Hägersten. The buildings feature timber façades with green detailing and are positioned to create a sheltered courtyard that opens towards the water. Corner apartments are equipped with balconies offering views of Lake Mälaren, and the upper floors include larger duplex units.
In line with Besqab's sustainability strategy, the project is Nordic Swan Ecolabel certified. Special focus has been placed on sustainable mobility, including charging stations for both cars and bicycles. To make the most of the waterfront location, the development also includes an easily accessible storage facility for kayaks.
