(together, Aristocrat) today announced they have entered into a Patent Licence Arrangement with Ainsworth Game Technology Limited (Ainsworth) in Australia. Under this patent licence arrangement with Ainsworth, we are granting a royalty bearing licence to our game play patents including our Hold & Spin™ patent family in Australia.
