It is informed that Mr. Jagadish Bhatt jointly with Ms. Manjula Jagadish Bhatt would be ceased to be promoter of the Company and pursuant to transmission of said equity shares to their son Mr Piyush J Bhatt shall be classified as promoter in accordance with Reg 31A (6)(1) of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015.
