About this update from Archos Sa

ARCHOS: Strong Revenue Growth of 27% in the First Half of 2025 Paris, July 17, 2025 - ARCHOS announces revenue of 21 million euros for the first half of 2025, representing a 27% increase compared to the first half of 2024. This sustained growth is explained in part by the inclusion within the ARCHOS Group's scope of Artic Distribution for 0.5 million euros (acquired in early January 2025) and Glacier Computer LLC for 1.8 million euros (acquired at the end of March 2025), with the remainder resulting from organic growth. However, due to ongoing budget discussions at the European level regarding defence spending, a significant portion of this contract's execution will likely be postponed to 2026 and 2027. Outlook and Roadmap The acquisition of O2i Ingénierie by ARCHOS on July 1, 2025, marks a major strategic advancement for the Group, reinforcing its position as a leading player in digital transformation. Thanks to O2i's expertise in secure hosting, messaging, Apple fleet management, and cybersecurity, ARCHOS is expanding its offerings with a comprehensive, agnostic, and customizable technological portfolio, integrating Android, Microsoft, and Apple environments. This synergy will enable ARCHOS to deliver high-value-added, tailor-made solutions, particularly for industrial and defence clients. Furthermore, continuing its strategy of strengthening technological sovereignty, the Group signed a strategic partnership in July 2025 with Eurotempest, a leading European player in TEMPEST-certified equipment. This technology is designed to protect electronic devices from electromagnetic information leaks and is essential in sensitive environments such as defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure. To implement this strategic partnership and ensure sovereignty in the protection of electronic devices, Elexo, a subsidiary of Logic Instrument, will open a 2,200 m² plant in Essonne at the beginning of Q2 2026. The project is supported by the French State with 1 million euros in funding via DGA / BPI-Definvest and CIC (50%) and aims to address a national market estimated at over 50 million euros per year. The ARCHOS Group reaffirms its ambition to further accelerate growth in the second half and aims to achieve revenue close to 60 million euros in 2025 and deliver significantly improved profitability. The first-half results of the ARCHOS Group will be published on August 7, 2025.
