Attached is: a copy of the letter being sent to eligible Arafura shareholders ('SPP Offer Letter'); and a copy of the SPP offer booklet, which is available for download at www.arutld.com. Eligible shareholders who have provided an e-mail address will be sent an e-mail communication regarding the SPP.
Eligible shareholders who have not provided an e-mail address or who have requested physical copies of documents will receive the SPP Offer Letter and personalised application form via post.
