Reference is made to the announcement on 3 April 2025 regarding the approvalofa merger plan between Gjensidige Forsikring ASA and its fully-ownedsubsidiary,Buysure AS. The Board of Gjensidige and Buysure AS, respectively, have nowapproved the merger in accordance with the announced plan. It is expected thatthe merger will be completed on or around 1 July 2025.
