B&M European Value Retail S.A. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that on 3 September 2024, Nadia Shouraboura, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company joined the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
Nadia is now a member of the Nomination Committee, the Audit & Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
