The Board have appointed M/s. Naithani & Shetty Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from Financial Year 2025-26 upto Financial Year 2029-30. The said appointment is subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
