The Company is pleased to announce the following appointment of officers:
Robert Leadley, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Leadley is a chartered accountant who has thirty years of extensive financial management experience.
Casey Bruyns, Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Bruyns is a chartered accountant with twenty five years experience in business advisory services and multinational business operations.
Soloban Nikolic, Vice President Manufacturing. Mr. Nikolic has over 40 years in design and manufacturing of process equipment.
Mike Mackay, Vice President Marketing. Mr. Mackay has over 20 years in international and domestic sales and marketing with an emphasis on metal reprocessing technology and hydraulic pneumatic engineering technology.
The Company further announces the registration of the following three, new and wholly owned subsidiaries.
EKO Canada Corp. (an Ontario corporation) has been formed to hold all of the Company's Canadian assets.
Envirometals Corp. (an Ontario corporation) has been formed to carry on the business of producing and marketing scrap metal processing equipment and to set up facilities to process scrap metal produced by metal working factories. The operations are expected to begin processing aluminium and brass shavings in Fergus Ontario.
Accrue Professional Services Corp. (an Ontario corporation) has been formed to provide management and financial advisory services. This company's focus is to assist client's businesses improve operational performance through management and the use of web based systems.
