Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Van Elle, the AIM quoted geotechnical engineering contractor offering a wide range of ground engineering techniques and services to customers in a variety of UK construction end markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Stuart Hurcomb as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board, effective immediately.
Mr Hurcomb, aged 53, is the Chief Executive of NG Bailey Group Ltd and has previously enjoyed a successful career across the UK's construction sector, holding executive positions with companies including Carillion Plc, Balfour Beatty Plc and Mansell Plc. Mr Hurcomb will chair the Remuneration Committee.
