Itai is the founding partner of a law firm specializing in commercial, regulatory, and public sector advisory. He has served as counsel to government ministries, public companies, and private investors, with expertise in infrastructure, real estate, energy regulation, and large-scale policy implementation. Itai brings experience in regulatory, strategic, and legal advisory roles across both public and private sectors. He holds degrees in Law and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
