Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Watches of Switzerland Group PLC announced the appointment of Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately, who will also serve on the Audit & Risk, Remuneration, Nomination, and ESG Committees, and will become Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee on March 1, 2026. Edgecliffe-Johnson brings over 25 years of financial experience, having previously held CFO roles at Rentokil Initial plc and Flutter Entertainment plc, and served as CFO and Group Head of Strategy at InterContinental Hotels Group plc. His extensive background in finance and international business, particularly within the luxury consumer segment and the US market, is expected to be a valuable asset to the Board as the Group continues to execute its strategy. The Watches of Switzerland Group PLC Appointment of Non-Executive Director The Watches of Switzerland Group PLC ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today. Paul will also be a member of the Company's Audit & Risk Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and ESG Committee. Paul will be appointed as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee on 1 March 2026. Paul brings over 25 years' experience in finance and international businesses and is currently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Rentokil Initial plc. Prior to joining Rentokil Initial, he served as CFO of Flutter Entertainment plc. Before this, Paul was CFO and Group Head of Strategy at InterContinental Hotels Group plc, and was also previously an Associate Director in Corporate Finance at HSBC Holdings plc and a Non-Executive Director of Schroders Plc. Paul is a qualified chartered accountant and is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Ian Carter, Chairman, said: "I am delighted to welcome Paul to the Board.
