Appointment of Joint Broker

Volex Group plc ("Volex" or the "Company"), the global electrical and electronic cable assemblies group, today announces the appointment of Charles Stanley Securities as joint broker with immediate effect.

Ray Walsh, Group Chief Executive, commented that "the appointment of Charles Stanley Securities reflects the recent renewed interest in the Company's stock. It also supports our efforts to communicate the Volex story to a wider investor base and further increase liquidity in the stock."
